Problem
SOS Aesthetics is a nurse-led aesthetic clinic with four locations across Hertfordshire and the Wirral. The existing WordPress site had mobile formatting issues, inconsistent layout across pages and no SEO optimisation. The Google Business Profiles across all four locations were incomplete, poorly optimised and not actively managed - missing out on significant local search visibility.
Approach
Carried out a full audit of the existing WordPress site and identified key formatting issues affecting mobile display and user experience.
Applied on-page SEO fixes across all pages including meta titles, meta descriptions, heading structure and schema markup without disrupting the existing design.
Gained manager access to all four Google Business Profiles across Bricket Wood, St Albans, Harpenden and West Kirby.
Fully optimised each profile with keyword-rich descriptions, correct category selections, service menus, FAQs, business hours and location-specific content.
Set up an active review management system - every new client review across all four locations receives a prompt, professional response within 24 hours.
Ongoing monthly GBP management ensuring posts, photos and updates are consistently published to maintain profile activity signals.
Outcome
The new SOS Aesthetics website launched as a complete overhaul of the previous setup. Page speed improved significantly with a fully optimised build replacing the old WordPress infrastructure. Every treatment Nicole offers now has its own dedicated page, giving Google more content to index and giving clients a clearer, more confident path to booking. Five location pages were built targeting Bricket Wood, St Albans, Harpenden, West Kirby and Eastham, each fully optimised for local search with dedicated meta tags, schema markup and booking forms. Full GDPR compliance was implemented across every page including a cookie consent banner, privacy policy, cookie policy, terms and conditions and form consent checkboxes throughout. The site is faster, more visible in local search and built to convert visitors into bookings.
